Welcome to our newly built detached ground-floor studio units, completed in 2024. Each unit has a generous area of 33 m². There are a total of ten ground-floor studio apartments in a row, located a 15-minute walk from Mauritzberg manor house and the golf course clubhouse.

These comfortable residences are strategically located by hole 17 on the golf course, providing an ideal spot for both short and long stays, with the option for self-catering for both private guests and corporate project stays.

Each apartment features an open-plan layout that elegantly combines a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a bedroom with Google TV.

Parking is available at the apartment, with a charging point for cars.

These studio apartments offer you the freedom and flexibility that go far beyond what a conventional hotel room can provide, making them ideal for both shorter and longer stays.

When renting an apartment during the period when the manor house Restaurant is open, you are welcome to enjoy both breakfast and dinner there. Before finalizing your booking, you can add any additional options to your reservation. For our golf-interested guests, we recommend you to email us at [email protected] with your booking request.

Additionally, when you rent for an extended period from November to April, thanks to geothermal heating and the option for free cooling, electricity consumption is low. You will only pay for household electricity. The rental cost includes VAT and may be beneficial for businesses, construction companies, and agriculture, as the VAT is deductible.

8 km away from the resort, you will find the village of Östra Husby, where a well-stocked grocery store and a gas station are available for your convenience.

Please note: If you wish to book the apartment for a week, please select a stay of 7 nights. For a month during winter (November to April), please choose 30 nights instead.
